I recently hired Balloon and Color to decorate my son’s first birthday party. From initial outreach through planning, event setup, and breakdown, Francesca was incredibly responsive, creative, resourceful, and professional. Her contract was clear and her prices were more than fair. After speaking to Francesca to discuss the event I knew she was the right one for the job. She was so kind and willing to work with me on the theme and my budget. She was responsive to all my text messages with ideas and inspiration. I explained what I was looking for, sent an inspiration photos, and we collaborated on adding a cardboard cutout and sign to the design. She even outreached the venue on her own to coordinate an early setup time and later breakdown time to ensure that everything would run smoothly in the day of the event. My son’s birthday party was this past weekend and everyone from myself, to guests, to staff at the restaurant were blown away by Francesca’s work! She is a true artist! To quote the event coordinator: “This is incredible, over the top, gorgeous! Better than I ever imagined after discussing the theme with you!” Francesca created a beautiful circular balloon arch for me, a balloon mosaic number, centerpieces, and I also rented a cake stand from her. The whole design was stunning and better than I could’ve ever imagined. If you are having an event and are in need of balloons and decor, do not hesitate to hire Francesca and Balloon and Color! You won’t be disappointed; Francesca is amazingly talented!

I had a great experience working with Francesa for my baby sprinkle. She did an amazing job bringing my vision to life and kept me updated on colors/style for balloons and florals . You won’t go wrong with this decorator! She helped me design and plan out the balloon decorations for my NYE party. She and her assistant installed the ceiling orbs at a private venue and it came out fantastic! The venue had a lot of limitations due to high ceilings and exposed vents however, she and her assistant came well prepared and was able to accomplish the design that I was looking for. All my guests were very impressed ! I will definitely use this company again for my future events.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am based in Staten Island NY , I currently do not charge delivery fee for projects on Staten Island. If you are located outside of Staten Island, I do charge a delivery fee which is based on several factors. Additionally as an LLC I am required to pay sales taxes which is determined at the point of sale.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start off with introducing myself and getting to know a little bit about them and the event they are having. Then based on the information they provide I make suggestions that will best meet their needs and budgets. I am very flexible and I provide many options that can fit your design and financial needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended various balloon training classes provided by the best balloon professionals in the business.
