You won’t go wrong with this decorator! She helped me design and plan out the balloon decorations for my NYE party. She and her assistant installed the ceiling orbs at a private venue and it came out fantastic! The venue had a lot of limitations due to high ceilings and exposed vents however, she and her assistant came well prepared and was able to accomplish the design that I was looking for. All my guests were very impressed ! I will definitely use this company again for my future events.

If you are looking for a beautiful balloon garland for any occasion, Francesca is your girl! She did an AMAZING job on a balloon garland for my sister’s 30th birthday party. The whole party loved it and it was a great way to get the party involved in taking photos. Francesca continuously followed up with me throughout the whole process and accommodated all our requests! Balloon N’Color was absolutely AMAZING and I highly recommend using them for your next event. Extremely professional and responsive! I was provided with mock ups for the event which was a great way to see different choices/options. But the real life display was more than I could have imagined. Everything looked phenomenal! The balloon wall and balloon arch added so much to the event! They were the star of the show, perfect backdrop, and spot to take photos! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am based in Staten Island NY , I currently do not charge delivery fee for projects on Staten Island. If you are located outside of Staten Island, I do charge a delivery fee which is based on several factors. Additionally as an LLC I am required to pay sales taxes which is determined at the point of sale.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start off with introducing myself and getting to know a little bit about them and the event they are having. Then based on the information they provide I make suggestions that will best meet their needs and budgets. I am very flexible and I provide many options that can fit your design and financial needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended various balloon training classes provided by the best balloon professionals in the business.
