Jeanine from Bertie’s Balloons and Backdrops did an amazing job with the decorations for our sons engagement party. She responded promptly to my request and sent helpful ideas to choose from. I had an idea of what we wanted and she helped execute it perfectly. She set everything up the night before the event and made sure it looked perfect. It was definitely the hit of the party.

I had the best experience with Jeanine from start to finish. She walks you through the entire process seamlessly. When she arrived for set up there were some potential issues (on my end) with how to prop up the balloons but she took her time, looked at various options and figured it out in minutes. We could not be any happier with how it turned out and got comments on how beautiful it was all night. She even took the extra step of making an extra, personalized balloon for my daughters baptism and it was absolutely beautiful. The balloons really made the entire party and I couldn’t be more grateful for the time she took in putting it together. I highly recommend her services for any occasion! Thank you so much for making the day extra beautiful!
