Nick can do everything construction interior and exterior. First, he refurbished the terrace and steps at the front of my house. He then added railings for the steps and a balustrade. His skill with concrete gave the house a whole new appearance. Nick also did carpentry in my bathroom and powder room. He did tile and grout work, installed a French door with a beautiful knob, installed two jew light fixtures, and hung a cabinet, a large mirror, and shelves. He even helped me decide where to place these new objects, not only for aesthetics, but also practicality. This Gotham Craftsman is one of a kind. My front steps and bathroom hadn’t been repaired or remodeled in many, many years. To say I’m pleased with the results after all these years is a huge understatement. I’m at an age when I want to move basement necessities to the main level. So I just had Nick turn an unused door entry and coat closet into a pantry. He built plenty of shelves for me to place these new objects food items and cooking tools I need every day to prepare meals. He also removed an old rug and sanded and polished the wooden floors that were covered for many years. He removed large glass panels from one wall, repaired the wall, painted it, and hung my TV on it. The room looks so fresh, I can’t wait to refurnish it. Nick also repainted a bedroom and hung a light fixture, which gave the room a bright new glow. This summer, Nick will demolish an outdoor structure attached to the back of my house. Stairs leading to the basement will then be exposed. Since this area always gets flooded when heavy rain falls, Nick will fill it in and build a sidewalk that was removed many, many years ago to cover the stairs. Hopefully, this reconstruction will prevent further flooding. Nick is talented and hardworking. I highly recommend Gotham Craftsman Company.

Nick is a hard working man, and he is very responsible for the project. He spent whole week remove and install insulation/drywall/lights/painting. We are happy with his job. Easy to communicate, he is friendly. Will hire again for future! Good person, recommend to everyone

This is the best contractor I had ever encountered. I'm so grateful to have Nick and his team to finish my house. the last contractor had scammed me and left in the middle of project with lousy works. thanks to Nick and his team to pick-up and fixed all the issues. They are working around the clock to get things done faster than I expected. I will definitely have long term work relationship with him so that my future projects will be secured and get done on time.

Nick and his team of worker were very professional and did a great job in installing new sidings, screen and a deck to my home. I appreciate their dedication to complete the job because even when it rained they came in and did the work to ensure the house wouldn't be damage from the expose to rain. They give me a fair price,set time and date for the completion of the job and they kept to it. Nick is very professional and keep his word which is rare with contractors.
