Introduction: I went to school for electrical installation and also business management. I was a retail manager for 15 years. Being a retail manager has helped me in running my maintenance business for many reasons like working with employees and customers, learning what the customer wants like listening to them, putting their wants ahead of mine and helping them achieve their goals and same with employees. This helps them help me to achieve our goal, which is delivering a quality job in a timely manner with a cost-effective price that makes the customer happy while it provides a living for me and my employees.
