My 100-year-old house needed all of its original windows replaced. The Men With Tools replaced 31 windows, covered an old window that had been closed in on the inside of the house and capped a small stained glass window. They followed guidelines for replacing windows in an old house (i.e. lead paint precautions/containment) and left my house cleaner than it was when they arrived. The Men With Tools weren't the cheapest, but they were very reasonably priced, and after researching online, I found that the cheaper quotes I had received were for lower quality windows. From my experience with John and the research I had done, I was extremely confident in my decision to go with The Men With Tools. Thank you for a beautiful job.

I could not be more pleased with my experience. I secured 4 bids from companies and the experience, service, communication and product quality varied greatly with all of them. My decision to us The Men With Tools was easy.... I knew immediately that they were the one. The experience was easy, hassle free, affordable and their product quality was equal to that of a well known company whose bid was double the coast and less excruciating than the 3 hour in home sales pitch of another well known company. Plus the installation of 2 bay windows, a garden window and 10 other windows was completed quickly and with extreme precision by their courteous and clean crew. We are so happy with our new windows. We compared what several different companies had to offer, and it became clear that the value of the ThermaLast window from The Men With Tools was by far the best value for our money. We can really notice the improvement with less cold air coming through the windows, and they really improved the look of our home as well. What a difference! My wife and I really appreciated how there was no pressure put on us when the representative came to our home, unlike some other companies we saw. The rep was extremely knowledgeable and we were given a lot of helpful information about the windows so we could make an educated decision about what was best for us. John was prompt for his estimate appointment, explained to me some options I was unaware of which allowed me to make the best decision for the use of the room. I used a desk chair with wheels and was thinking about putting down a plastic floor protector, but thanks to John asking the right questions we just added an additional finish which increases the durability and I don't need an ugly floor protector. The job was done within the time promised, my wife and I couldn't be happier.

I have 22 years experience selling and installing windows, and doors. I'm a lead certified, factory trained mechanic on all the products that we offer.
