I paid $120 to have one bedroom cleaned, with the clear expectation that the clothes would be folded and hung. Instead, everything was stuffed into the closet to make it look clean. When I addressed it, he denied that we ever discussed folding and hanging the clothes, said he’d “see what he could do,” and then disappeared without ever following up or responding.
