- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Onboarding through our unique, personalized fitness and nutrition assessment process. 2) Set baseline fitness measurements and goals. This is crucial to program accountability and results. 3) Show up and put in the work to achieve your goals. Remain open and honest. 4) There will be bumps and road blocks along the way, and if it is your first time, you will not know what to expect right out of the gates. As a trusted advisor, I will try my best to get you over those bumps and road blocks- but I can't do it for you. Past clients who follow have seen results which have looked like 15 pounds off in ten weeks, muscle gain in areas never seen before in their life and overall feeling stronger/more energized. 5) My expertise, experience and certified knowledge all come together to set you up for your fit journey. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started in my living room. Then took it to the track and became one of the top 100 sprinters in NYC. That wasn't enough-I had to keep going and now I promote a healthy workforce.
