I had an amazing experience with NYC Ultimate PartyBusRental! From start to finish everything was smooth and professional. Davis helped me first and made the booking process super easy. Then I was transferred to JR on the sales team who answered all my questions and made sure we got exactly what we needed. Our driver Eddie was incredible on time, professional, and made sure we had a safe and fun ride all night. The bus was clean, the lights and sound system were perfect, and the whole group had an unforgettable time. Highly recommend

I had an amazing experience with NYC Ultimate PartyBusRental. Our driver, Ervin Senior, was on time, professional, and went above and beyond. The complimentary water and ice were a great surprise and really set the tone for the night. Davis, our booking agent, was also excellent very helpful, responsive, and made the booking process smooth and stress-free. Everything ran perfectly, and I’d definitely book again and recommend them to others

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience absolutely deserves one.
I booked a specific partybus for an event and the vehicle that arrived was not the bus I reserved. That alone was frustrating, but it became even more concerning when we noticed the check engine light was on during the trip. When you are paying for a professional transportation service, the expectation is that the vehicle is safe and properly maintained.
I do want to note that the driver himself was excellent. He was professional, friendly, and did his best to provide good service. Unfortunately, the driver cannot make up for the failures of the company itself.
After the event, I reached out to the company to give them an opportunity to correct the situation. Instead of taking accountability or offering a fair resolution, the only thing they offered was 20% off a future booking. Why would anyone want to rebook with a company after receiving the wrong vehicle and riding in one with a warning light on?
What made the situation even worse was the company’s attitude. When I explained how disappointed I was and mentioned that I would consider legal action, their response was “we look forward to seeing you in the courtroom.” That level of dismissiveness toward a paying customer is shocking.
At this point, it’s clear this company does not value customer satisfaction or accountability when things go wrong. I strongly recommend that anyone considering booking with them think twice. If something goes wrong with your reservation, do not expect them to resolve it in a professional or reasonable way.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always make sure the company is fully licensed, insured, and transparent with pricing. Ask about the vehicle size, amenities, chauffeur experience, and what’s included in the quote. Most importantly, work with a provider who communicates clearly and prioritizes safety and punctuality.
