Lalith from Gindara made planning my son’s birthday such an easy task, from creating the menu to decor to the cake. Being that I am not from NY, I was initially stressed thinking that I would have to hire multiple people for different things but Gindara took the weight of my shoulders. I hired Gindara to cater for 50 people, the food was delicious and plentiful, we received menu compliments from even the picky eaters. The cake was beautiful and the decoration classy. I would hire them over and over again.

I hosted a surprise birthday dinner for my husband at my house and everyone in attendance (19 adults) were blown away with the food! We had three courses and an amazing creme brulee for desert. Everything was fresh and delicious. But what really made the whole experience superb was how easy Lalith, the chef/owner of Gindara catering, was to work with and plan the event. We had a few dietary issues & preferences that he worked right around and quickly presented alternative dishes. Everyone raved how incredible and gorgeous the food was and commented how nice it was to a professional dinner in our home. We would definitely hire Lalith again for our next event!

We hired Gindara Catering for my dad’s birthday dinner and it was by far the best decision we had made! We had a 4 course meal, prepared and cooked by Chef Lalith at my parents house, that was better than any restaurant we could have picked from our area and was of Michelin level quality. The food was spectacular! It was fresh, colorful, and full of amazing flavor! Lalith was also such a delight to work with! We wanted a French inspired meal so Lalith gave us several options to choose from to create a perfectly curated French dinner. He was flexible, personable, and leaned in on our love for cooking. He told us some tips and tricks on how to cook the steak just right and showed us how to properly brûlée the crème brûlée. My whole family absolutely loved the experience and we cannot wait to do it again!
