With the help of Danny, I was pushed to and raised my limits in preparation for my first Spartan Beast race. I requested that my training sessions be specifically formatted with that race in mind. The sessions were as serious as they were fun. The end result was, I did better than I thought I would and felt confident enough to add more Beast races to challenge myself with.

I trained with Dan Diaz for about six months. He is the best trainer around and very dedicated to his students. He kicks your ass every session and teaches you things that you can do on your own.
