Great communication, quality work, and professionalism - don't think twice about working with them F and T power washed our deck and patio pavers, and they re-stained the deck for us. Communication was 100% on point from start to finish. They kept us up to date and informed every step of the way, and even sent us pictures of watwr-based paint to choose our deck color from. The price included the work and all material and equipment. Mike (who did our deck) was always punctual, respectful of the property, and did a great job. Rose was always available for any follow up questions and feedback. I fully recommend F and T Power Washing, and we'll definitely be using them again! Oh, I forgot to mention their pricing is extremely competitive for the quality work and service they provide !

My house was large and a complicated job. The price was very competitive and the owner provided at no cost additional services I would not have thought of. The quality of the work was very good. But, what stands out above that is the responsiveness and professionalism in negotiating solutions to problems. That is very hard to find! I recommend the company fully.

I had the best experience with F and T! Arte was a pleasure to work with. He was very thorough in cleaning the awning and concrete. Throughput the process, he communicated what he was doing or had to do,and my neighbor and I are very pleased with the results. I hired F&T to clean my driveway, sidewalk, patio, deck, as well as house walls, part of house roof, gutters, and shed roof. Their price was very reasonable, and they did a great job. When they couldn't reach two gutters on the higher side of the roof b/c they didn't have long ladder, they promised to return at a later day, which they did, and finished the job. Very happy with their work ethic. Would definitely recommend this company!
