My experience with Sofa Steamers was amazing!!! I have never used a couch cleaner service and came across Sofa Steamers via Thumbtack . I contacted them and received a quick response. Looking for a short notice service request, I thought would be impossible but to my surprise they were able to schedule me the next day! Technical arrived to my home on time and was very professional and kind. He did a immaculate job cleaning my couch. I am extremely satisfied and HIGHLY Recommend!!! Thank you Sofa Steamers!

Better than before but not great. If you're looking for a deep clean look elsewhere. Did not communicate that they would be arriving 2 hours earlier than the scheduled time. Service was very rushed, and corners were cut in terms of workmanship. Extraction was only performed on the most visible areas of the couch, as opposed to the entire thing. Areas of the rug left untouched and dry. On a positive note, the service technician was very respectful and polite and the company in general was easy to work with.
