I am very impressed. My daughter had a dryer that was running and not working. After a long day, and having transposed my daughter’s address, the dryer was repaired. I was concerned about the repair price as it was an inexpensive dryer. I left a message and received a return phone call. I was reassured that it would be an affordable fix, and it was. The initial fee was waived as promised and the repair was very affordable. Our technician was extremely knowledgeable, hard working, easy to talk to and extremely empathetic to our situation. I would 100 percent recommend!

Don is the man! Reached out to him on Saturday afternoon, was at my place installing the dishwasher on Monday. When Don arrived on Monday we realized that Lowes sold me the wrong kit for my dishwasher. Don told me what part to get, and was responsive when I sent him pictures of the part (to double check) while at Home Depot. Don came back on Tuesday morning and finished the job. I highly recommend Don if you are looking for a friendly and knowledgeable plumber/appliance installer.
