You may not have to bring your computer to us for repairs! and we don't have to make an expensive onsite call. We can take care of most repairs remotely. Scheduling is easier. We most often work remotely after hours to accommodate those of you who have a hectic schedule or would rather not have someone come to your home/business and disrupt your day. Meeting and helping people with their technology problems. Honestly, I love my job!

Finding Alan Detor of Detor Computer Services was a stroke of really good luck for me. I brought in my badly compromised laptop with serious performance problems (websites not responding, speed practically at a standstill)--evidence of malicious spyware that my anti-virus/malware had not detected, plus hardware issues including a bad fan that was causing overheating and generating warnings of a hard drive crash. Mr. Detor not only replaced the fan and the dried-out heat sinks, but also thoroughly de-bugged the computer and installed top reliable anti-virus and anti-malware software. Its like a new machine now--speedy, nimble, running cool, handling multiple applications with ease and fully protected against threats. I also appreciated the time he took to show me what hed done, answer my questions and give me a tutorial on preventative maintenance, running the anti-virus software and identifying and avoiding internet threats such as bogus Microsoft installation notices and PUPs. Along with top-notch expertise, quick turn-around time with completion as promised and a very fair price, I gained a trustworthy, reliable, responsive consultant/technician in Mr Detor. Hes clear on what services he offers and delivers fully on his word. Im greatly relieved to have Alan Detor as a resource now for all my computer problems, repairs and support.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Onsite / Service call = $125.00 per hour. In shop diagnostics, $55.00 flat fee and is refundable / Free if work recommended is performed. We also offer Remote Service @$75.00 per hour and or a flat fee, depends on the work needed. Please visit our website or call us for pricing.
