My computer had a virus, so far seems like all is well. The only thing I would suggest is that you should communicate better, (specifically when remote access is happening) to let the client know if they have to stay by the computer or can turn it off at night if the repairs are not going to be completed that evening. I personally do not feel that issue is big enough to remove a star from the rating and so I give it 5 stars. Other than that small issue everything was done very well and went smoothly.

Mr. Douglas was the first technician to call me after I requested a quote through Thumbtack. He was very prompt, professional, and patient. After about a week, I called him back when I was ready for service, and he was more than happy to complete the repair remotely that SAME NIGHT! That was very helpful!
I had requested a clean up and optimization, and Mr. Douglas did wayore than that. He checked through my computer and found many viruses and other issues I didn't even know I had! He was able to clean everything up, and also provided me with a top of the line security software for my computer. He was also able to repair some programs that had crashed!
I am more than satisfied with my decision to use Leighton Douglas for the work I needed done. My laptop is running great!! Any future issue with my laptop will definitely be taken care of by Leighton Douglas. (I'm no techy by any means, so please forgive any incorrect lingo!)

Very professional,friendly to my needs in repairing my laptop. He allowed me to voice my questions without being annoyed with my lack of understanding. I was very impressed with his willingness to educate and explain what he was doing while remotely fixing my pc. he pointed out everything wrong before he fixed and asked me the different ways he could help me. if you need a computer repair person then you need to pick him. I set up an appointment and he was on time to start repairing my computer. I will use him for all my computer issues from now on. thank you for helping me out
