We are two business that merged together eight years ago. We have over 20 years of DJ and over all entertainment experience. We have over 16 years of wedding planning experience. We have a wedding officiant on staff that has been customizing ceremonies for over 3 years. We are one of the only true entertainment companies in CNY who offer live entertainment options. We specialize in making your event different from the standard wedding or event. We know how to incorporated live entertainment options if you wish. If you just want a DJ/MC we know how to keep the party moving. We offer a variety of services such as event planning, and photo booth options as well. We guarantee if you package services with us instead of using multiple vendors we can save you hundreds of dollars. All services are in house and done by our staff. We do not farm out services. We love all the clients we get to meet. We service many different events and specialize in weddings. We get to work with couples to make the wedding day beautiful.

Proctor Entertainment were very helpful throughout the planning of my daughter's Sweet 16. They offered helpful suggestions, they followed-up to confirm everything. They arrived early and were ready to go on time. They kids loved the DJ and the photobooth. They were excellent.

My husband and I hired Proctor Entertainment for their DJ and photo booth services for our wedding back in June. THE BEST DESICION WE MADE. We will forever reccommend Kent and Jessica for their outstanding job. They went above and beyond anything we expected from them. As with any wedding we encountered some stress during the day & they did what ever they could to help us out. They went as far as clearing the appetizers off the table so the food could get put out. Apparently the people preparing the food didn't think it was their job to do. So Kent and Jessica both literally came over and took the platters out of our hands as we (The BRIDE AND GROOM) were doing it because no one else would. That is a moment we will never forget and always appreciate. Not many people will go out of their way these days to do something that isn't their job. You did such a great job. Thank you guys so much!!! The music is what makes a wedding fun and we all had a BLAST!!

We rented a photo booth for my daughter's sweet sixteen party. Everyone enjoyed the booth and have been talking about it for days. I would definitely rent from Jessica again. Thank you for making my daughter's day fun.

Jessica was our wedding officiant. We got married in Syracuse because my husband is from there and we wanted a small wedding. We found Jessica during our planning in October she was quick, we met with her once and then she followed up a lil over a month before our wedding in June to go over ceremony details. Jessica provided sample ceremonies but we chose to write our own. We met with her the week of the wedding it was quick and easy and we never doubted she knew what she was doing. The ceremony was as great as can be with an officiant who doesn't personally know the couple, she read our ceremony with a few hiccups. A few guests mentioned that it felt like she wasn't as connected, but as expected since we didnt have a personal relationship. We were happy, wrote our own vows and thats where the personal touch came in and it quickly moved on to our reception.Worked for us! We also received our marriage license a week out so she was quick and efficient with mailing out the application. I'd recommend her for anyone looking for a quick ceremony.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Make sure you use a insured LEGAL business. Many venues are now requiring you use a Insured company. The under the table guy might have the best price but MANY things could go wrong leaving you liable. We are experienced, affordable, honest, and work to meet ALL your entertainment needs.
