I have been doing Apt. maintenance most of my life so I just took the next step and started my own business.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of my common jobs are apt.maintenance and turnovers. I also had alot of faucet repairs and other things that go wrong in a tenants apt. or property owners house
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
ask to see if provider has insurance, how long in business, how fast can repair be taken care of, do you stand by all your repairs, what kind of deal can I get for many jobs that need to be done.
