Ben showed up early for the appointment. He surveyed the situation and told me honestly that the gutter guards were nailed down with meant he was unable to clean them. He did not start any work. I was very happy with his honesty. He suggested that I have another company come and replace the gutter guards properly. I plan on calling him back as soon as the new gutter guards are in place.
