Our pricing is transparent, straightforward, and based on the size of the space, level of cleaning required, and frequency of service. There are no hidden fees—any add-on services are discussed and approved before work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a brief consultation—either in person or over the phone—to understand your cleaning needs, preferences, and priorities. Then we provide a customized quote and schedule your service at a time that works best for you. On the day of cleaning, our team arrives fully equipped and walks through the space with you to confirm details. After the job is done, we follow up to ensure you’re completely satisfied. Please note, we reserve the right to cancel or discontinue the cleaning service if the environment is deemed unsafe or if the condition of the premises is excessively dirty beyond reasonable expectations.
