Hi, My name is Austin and I am the founder of Swift Movers. As a life long Syracuse resident, moving friends and family has always been a fun workout/ hobby. There is no better feeling than playing a part in a new stage to someone’s life. I am dedicated to ensuring a damage free and friendly move for every customer. Each mover affiliated with Swift Movers was hand selected by my standards. I believe that if we are to create an unique experience for the customers, than we most have unique employees. With that being said our movers possess strong customer service skills, problem solving skills to overcome obstacles, and strong integrity. Swift Movers were not only professional, providing an itemized breakdown of the estimate for the move, their work and work ethic was top notch! They were friendly, considerate, and didn't mind one bit that they had an audience of our children watching them move our furniture. Look no further, hesitate no longer, feel confident in the service you will receive from this company! We are so glad we hired them and hands down would do it again!

A father and son showed up on time and were very helpful in the process of moving our furniture from our house . They made sure our furniture was placed right in the pod. Would definitely this service again.

Swift Movers did excellent work packing two U-Pack Relocubes from my one-bedroom apartment with a lot of furniture. It was done faster than anticipated, yet also carefully.

Currently we are giving all customer a Covid-19 discount off our normal rates!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Building trust from the start with a reasonable quote. Being transparent and ask if there are any other questions even when the customers isn’t asking questions. Most importantly I ask detailed questions to ensure we provide a moving experience that’s fits each individual customer needs.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Moving families started as a hobby, for that I would help a friend or relative.
