Very clean facility. The owner was so patient with me when I needed help and guidance on specific topics. Very affordable membership, classes and 1:1. Can't wait to bring my kids to their classes as well.

Reaction Fitness is a wonderful gym with a family feel to it. All the trainers are helpful, even when they are not working with you. The boxing teacher, Chris Torres, is a professional fighter. He knows his stuff, and is quite good at teaching it too. He's an amazing teacher. I highly recommend his classes. Looking forward to the enlargement of the gym, with more MMA opportunities.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    We create exercise plans for them to complete on their own when they are not with a trainer, we offer 24/7 support either by phone, email, or skype. We go through all their daily habits and try to help each person manage them better. Simply we will do what we can to help our clients, because our clients are like our family.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Make sure they know how each exercise should be executed with proper form and keeping in mind any injuries. Our trainers go through regular training to keep up with our knowledge of injury prevention.
