I highly recommend SOS Roofing! Their prices were great (I got several other estimates). The staff was always responsive and caring. Their work was of the highest quality. They did the roof in one day in Binghamton. (They came one day later than planned because they needed to finish another job but that was well communicated.) The guys that did the work were VERY conscientious. Going above and beyond on any places that needed special attention. I couldn't be more pleased. Thanks, guys!

Even though I didn't have to use them, I need to give them a high rating for customer service. They came out right away and gave me a quote, took a deposit, & recommended I reach out to a mason. I ended up having to have the mason do the work which removed the need for SOS. They were great in returning my deposit. If I ever need roofing service, I will definitely reach out to them.

Prior to signing my contract with SOS Roofing, I requested a list of references which they provided. I randomly selected 5 names on the list and was able to speak with all 5 people. They all recommended SOS Roofing, and each gave me a description of work they had done.
I recently had a full tear off roof and downspout replaced by SOS Roofing. I worked with Sarah to schedule the roof replacement. On March 12, 2024, the roofing crew arrived and was able to complete the roof in 1 day. They did a great job of cleaning up any old materials, nails, etc. I have gotten compliments on how great the roof looks.
My downspout was an odd configuration, so Dave (owner) and Chris came and replaced my downspout. It looks great.
I would recommend SOS Roofing and have asked to be added to their Reference list.

We can’t say enough positives to describe our experience with SOS Contracting, Inc (d/b/a SOS Roofing). From the initial contacts with the estimator (Ed Higgins) and the office staff, through construction, all were helpful, professional and extremely accommodating to our unique needs.
We signed the contract on Monday and they completed our roof on Thursday because we couldn’t get home insurance and close a real estate sale with the old roof. We were in a pickle and they came through for us.
Finished job looks fantastic and the site was cleaned up very well. You will not be disapointed in any way using SOS. And, did I mention they had the best price? Wow!

We are Owens Corning Platinum installers, Azek Gold Installers, and VSI certified siding installers. We are certified with GAF as well as many other brands of shingles and siding.
