- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. I take the cost of materials and add what time I'm planing on spending doing the work and thats it. I have NO up charge on materials. You pay what I pay period! My rate for labor do change from job to job based on the type of work to be done, but every job calls for different skills.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My uncle needed help one summer and I needed a role model. He owned his own home improvement company and showed me the ropes. I've been trying to improve and advance my skills ever since.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I do a wide range of things for my clients. Doors, windows, kitchens, baths, decks, proches, roofing and siding just to name a few. Plus I will tell you what I don't feel I can do and need to get someone in that does only that.
