Introduction: I was a professional modern/ballet dancer for over a decade. I have been teaching dance full-time in a public high school for almost two decades. Some of my favorite work is doing private fitness classes with one small group of individuals.
I combine dance, yoga, light weights, and aerobics to give a fun, intense, and fulfilling workout that produces results provided that my food recommendations and workouts are done on the days I am not working with you. I also enjoy private or small group dance classes that are tailored to fit the needs of the member(s).
