Introduction: I DO EXCELLENT WORK, I AM A PERFECTIONIST. I will get down into a crawl space or climb up on a roof. I am not afraid of getting dirty. I will explain how a boiler operates. I will explain why there is a foundation problem. I will explain why the electrical system is or is not dangerous. I am a people person so I like educating people on property they are about to invest there hard earned cash on. I know what it is like to buy a house, I try to make the whole process less stressful for my client. I like sharing my 45 years of knowledge with my clients. I still have fun doing inspections, every inspection is a new adventure.

Bob Meeson of Arrow Home Inspections is very experienced and very knowledgeable when it comes to Home Inspections and really all aspects of of property maintenance. His added background as a electrical inspector and electrical contractor are unmatched when compared to other home inspectors who just take the class. Bob is well rounded in all aspects of property condition as well as property repair. If you want to be sure you are buying a safe, well maintained home, look to Bob first. He has literally saved home buyers hundreds of thousands of dollars in the cost and repair of some major structural and mechanical housing issues. He is honest, laid back, straight forward and out to make sure you are protected. He spots issues that the untrained eye cannot. I have witnessed him inspect homes that were recently bought and find issues the other home inspector missed.

In regards to our home inspection, Bob was absolutely thorough. He took him time to adequately and efficiently inspect all necessary areas of our soon-to-be home. It was as if he was the one ready to move in! He also offered up many suggestions about smaller areas of the house that may need to be updated in the future (ex. updating the pool electrical, venting out the attic, etc.) I strongly feel as though Bob has a vast amount of knowldge in regards to many different facets of the inspection process and was extrememly pleased with the work in which he did perform. He was easy to contact and responded immediately; very reliable individual. Bob came highly recommended, and I can certainly see why! Just an oustanding job overall. Could not be happier. Certainly know where to contact a highly qualified, certified electrician/repairman in the future! Thanks, Bob!

Mr Meeson did an incredible job inspecting the house I bought. A couple things needed to be fixed and he made sure the current owner at the time was aware it needed to be fixed prior to being able to sell the house. When the repairs were attempted to be corrected the first time he pointed out it was done incorrectly and told the seller that it had to be redone. Mr Meeson was very professional and I would recommend him as an inspector.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing $300 for a home structural inspection up to 1600 sq feet $350 for a home structural inspection 1601 sq feet to 2000 sq feet. Any house over 2000 sq ft is $400. Radon test are $125. Pest test are $125. Well FHA SHORT $180, Well flow $100 I do offer package deals, call for package deal pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am friendly, courteous, and a very good listener. I try to find out what the clients needs are and if they or any of there family members have any health conditions that the property they are buying may have an impact on them in the future.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the carpenters union and the electricians union. I have been to trade schools and worked in construction for 45 years.
