Would highly recommend Top Care for any work you need done at your home or business. Nubar and the rest of the team were great! They are very knowledgeable and can do it all! They converted an existing room in our house into a bathroom. We will be working with them again in a few months to get a patio installed and also to have our second bathroom remodeled.

My siding was damaged from a fire and I wasn’t sure who do hire but I was very impressed with Nubar and his team. They did a great job and what I liked the most was the fact that he was here doing the job along with his team, no subcontractors. I will highly recommend Top Care.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First and foremost, we will not let price get in the way of earning your business! Our pricing is extremely competitive, and we provide you with a free estimate for the work that you are looking to complete! We do not have any hidden fee's and we provide special discount's when applicable. Unlike other companies, we DO accept credit cards, with a fee of 3.5%.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we prefer to meet you in person! We are able to get a much better idea of your expectations, while also allowing us to have a creative discussion. There are many things to talk about in regards to the project you are looking to complete; deciding on the type of siding material you would like, or discussing the style bathroom you are looking for. Within a day or two (depending on the size of the project) we will provide you with a free estimate, via email. This estimate will have a price breakdown for all the work, the estimated time frame for completion, warranty information, payment information, and any other additional items discussed.
