- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Packages prices are set, but keep in mind Delivery/Pickup & Setup fees if there are any. To avoid Delivery/Pickup fee you can pickup day before and drop off day after for a full 24 hr rental. Fees vary based on location.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we introduce ourselves and we ask questions about what kind of event you will be having. We discuss budget, date, time and address for event. Secondly talk about theme & or colors. Thirdly we discuss payment options and deposits to hold date. It helps if customers have pictures of reference of what they perfer!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Here at Fiesta Time we have been decorating since 2014. Our specialty are Balloon Decorations and we arent happy unless you are happy!
