I was very displeased with the service I received...I booked EnvisionEventsLLC to help plan and coordinate my daughter's college graduation party. I was very alarmed the day of the party when I was told that the team would arrive for set up no later than 9 and I would be contacted when they arrived so that my husband, daughter, son, and I could meet the team and help coordinate where things would go. The "team" which to our surprise was a singular individual did not arrive to the party location until 11 despite knowing the party began at 2. When expressing my concern about timing I was ignored and waved off and when I asked if the rest of the team was on the way I was blatantly lied to and told yes several times. When we returned at 2 for the party I was in utter shock to find that the location had essentially looked the same as when we first arrived...bare...arriving guests had to quickly take the role of the "team" and aide the planner in set up while my daughter held back tears. Set up continued well into the party and ended close to 5. I was then HORRIFIED when I asked my son to look for EnvisionEventsLLC's business email only to find several Instagram posts targeting my family and my daughter's party. It was quite alarming to see these posts when hours earlier I had reached out to her to discuss the outcome of the party and she had admitted her shortcomings and apologized.
