Ashlee did a great job as the day of coordinator for our wedding. She was hired on a whim and had a very limited amount of time to prepare, though this didn’t stop her from diligently contacting all of our vendors and ensuring everyone’s arrival went smoothly. Ashlee was PHENOMENAL! As a coordinator and we hired her as an MC. Our venue was a blank canvas and so we had quiet a few DIY projects and she was able to fully execute our vision. She was with us throughout the planning process on a few calls leading up until the day of. She has a calm and reassuring demeanor to her and this helped manage day of anxieties. We gave her creative liberties with our tables (memorial, sweetheart, guest, sign in) and they were all so beautiful. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Services start at $500. We do have partial and full planning packages available.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we will have your complimentary consultation. If we decide to continue from there I will create a timeline/visionary board to start the process of creating your event. There will be bi-weekly appointments to keep everyone in the loop of what's going on with vendors and appointments.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Before starting this company I was a wedding server and bridal attendant at a waterfront venue on Long Island. I fell in love with what with my job and decided to make it my career.
