Introduction: We at Pantaleon Catering are a very passionate group of people. We love what we do and use the best organic ingredients. We are experienced with American as well as foreign cuisine. We have various chefs who make a wide variety of dishes. If you prefer a particular chef, we will try to assign them to you. We work fast and have a collection of exotic recipes for the more adventurous customers. With us you will discover flavors you never knew existed. We subcontract with other catering companies bartenders decorators and DJs. Also available to prepare weekly meals for one or people and have them delivered to their house. Cost of a meal depends on choice of a customer and is subject to change. We are flexible so our fees are reasonable.

Two months ago last December I had a birthday party for my best friend and I retained the Pantaleon catering company to host the event. Well everything turn out wonderful, the food was great. We had Caribbean and Italian menus. I could still taste the conch with sauce that the Caribbean is so well known for. The black mushroom with rice was out of this world the chicken siacatore and lasagna the vegetable salad were delicious not to mention dessert. The staff was very well informed about their work. They were polite and neat. I was very satisfied with their performance. I would give that catering service a five star rating without hesitation.

The Pantaleoncatering was one of three companies I consider to cater an event for my dad's 71th birthday party. I requested a quote for a cater dinner of 15 people. Chef Kevin & Gina handle everything from A to Z. All requests and changes were handled very quickly the day of the event they arrived right on time and exceeded all expectations. The food was amazing people are still talking about the oxtail, the fried pork, conch and Black rice from the Caribbean menu. The taste of the food brought memories of when I was living in the Caribbean and my mother cooking Sunday dinner meal. if you have an event in the Long Island area I would definitely recommend using Pantaleoncatering. Thanks again to Kevin and Gina for helping to create a weekend to remember.

We had a funeral reception last month for which we hired Pantaleon catering to prepare an American cuisine for 250 people. Everything turned out very professional. The food was tasty and the staff very friendly and the chef was wonderful. The food was served buffet style. We rented plates and silverware for the occasion. I definitely give this catering a five stars rating .

We at Pantaleon Catering are fair with our prices and our prices come with fresh organic ingredients. you get what you pay for fresh food is a good investment for your body.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We at Pantaleon catering first find out what the occasion or the theme of the event is, so we can bring out the best impressions. How many people are going to be at the event. What type of meal will be served what time it will start and how long it will last what size of staff will be required and whatever we could do to give the customer a great and satisfying experience. The customer is required 50% of the agreed upon fees beforehand and the balance on the day of completion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the owner of Pantaleon Catering I'm a physician assistant. I have a passion for cooking I was cooking since I was 8 years old. I opened this company five years ago. have 15 licensed chefs who work with me. The company has a food permit and I have a chef license.
