FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Our clients will usually call us and give us a general idea of what they're looking for. 2) We schedule a time to meet and review the project at their home, so we can see the area we have to work with and discuss the details. 3) We provide a quote based on the meeting and send it to the client. 4) If the client would like any adjustments to the quote, we gladly make them. 5) Once the client is happy with the proposal, we collect a deposit to move forward with the project and arrange the installation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As technology changes rapidly, we are constantly learning about the latest offerings from manufacturers. In addition, we receive highly specialized training in programming universal remote control systems, in order to make systems very easy for our clients to operate, as well as training in home automation systems (such as lighting and motorized shade control).
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The most important things are to know what you are getting for your money. We do our best to be competitive and offer you the best value for your budget. Not all products are the same and not all installers are the same - you get what you pay for. Someone may come in with a lower price than us, but is the system going to be as easy to use? Are you getting the same high quality? Are they offering all of the same details in the quality of their workmanship? You will remember the quality, long after the price is forgotten.
