- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep it simple. 1) We schedule a time to meet and review the project at their home. 2) We quickly provide an estimate. 3) Once the client is happy with the estimate, they give us a deposit to move forward with the project and we coordinate the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As technology changes, we are constantly learning about the latest things. We receive highly specialized training in programming universal remote control and home automation systems, such as lighting control and more.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We've worked with everyone from our neighbors to private jet terminals and professional sports teams.
