Brian was very professional, super informative, he arrived on time and made sure to clean up afterwards. The food was delicioussss every bite was better and better. He made sure to accommodate not only the adults but also the kiddos.

Chef Brian has impressed me with his work ethic and culinary output since the day that I met him. Years ago, I met Brian when he was running the kitchen at Polpettina. I couldn’t believe it when he told me that he was only 20 years old. A person of his age being so responsible, capable of management and also talented as a chef is so incredibly uncommon. His understanding and application of complex flavors is insane, for lack of a better word. If Chef Brian is cooking, then count me in. Attached is a photo of a 22oz bone-in sous vide strip steak that Chef had on special yesterday. With it he served a “100 layer potato” and a garlic purée. You know damn well I bought one!
