Working with Chef Brian to help plan a surprise dinner for my wife’s 40th birthday was amazing! I knew from our first convo that he was who I wanted. He was extremely helpful in discussing and coordinating logistics. He showed up on time and was beyond professional. He was extremely thoughtful and creative with his dishes and all of us absolutely LOVED the entire meal. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect night. I was looking for something special for my wife and Chef Brian delivered. Will definitely have again!

We had Brian over for an awesome private chef experience at our place, and it was amazing! Right from the start, you could tell Brian loves what he does - he's such a pro in the kitchen but also in the way he communicates throughout. The food he whipped up was top-notch, and his personal touch on the menu blew us away. Each dish was a flavorful masterpiece, showing off Brian's talent and creativity. Our friends and family couldn't stop raving about how delicious everything was. Not only is Brian a great chef, but he's also super friendly and easygoing, which made the whole lunch chill and fun. If you want to take your dining game up a notch with a private chef, we can't recommend Brian enough. Thanks a ton, Brian, for a gourmet evening we won't forget! 🌟

We enjoyed Brian's food when we did our private tasting to pick a caterer for our wedding, however after we settled on Brian months in advance, he was unable to cater our event due to a family emergency and had to cancel two days before the event! There was no contingency plan in place and we were told we'd have to find a brand new caterer which was incredibly stressful. I would highly recommend figuring out a contingency plan as part of the contract details if choosing For the Table events. We were disappointed our guests couldn't have Brian's food though as it was very tasty when we tried it.
