Working with Chef Brian to help plan a surprise dinner for my wife’s 40th birthday was amazing! I knew from our first convo that he was who I wanted. He was extremely helpful in discussing and coordinating logistics. He showed up on time and was beyond professional. He was extremely thoughtful and creative with his dishes and all of us absolutely LOVED the entire meal. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect night. I was looking for something special for my wife and Chef Brian delivered. Will definitely have again!
