- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All payments are made on our website (***********************) via reoccuring monthly packages which specify a certain number of sessions per week.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once contacted, we will answer within two hours. We then figure out a time slot that works for both the client and the coach. Then, we get you signed up so we can start our first session together!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All coaches are NASM (or equivalent) certified. Other certifications/qualifications: Performance Enhancement Specialization, 3x Guiness World Record coaches, featured on Sportscenter, Goodmorning America, etc.
