I am detailed oriented, punctual, always in communication, and I always take a safe approach. I have multiple certifications through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine). I am a certified personal trainer, as well holding specializations in senior fitness, golf, corrective exercise, weight loss, and fitness nutrition all though NASM, as well as pre/post natal certified and kettlebell certified. Lastly, I have a master's degree in physical education. My focus is to help my clients become more fit and healthy. I do this by making sure my workouts are appropriate for my clients, that my clients perform these exercises with proper form, and knowing my clients limits; so they receive an effective and safe workout. Combining my workout routines, with my exercise guidance for you to do on your own, and nutritional recommendations will help all individuals become more fit and healthy. I usually work with beginners to intermediate based clients of all ages ranging from 13-70+ that are looking to lose weight, tone up, improve their strength, relieve some aches and pains, and improve their overall health. I enjoy the personal connections I make with my clients. My clients become my friends and some even become like family. I am so happy to see my clients progress both mentally and physically.

Finding time to workout when you are a busy working mom can be a challenge. A gym membership or classes didn't fit into my schedule. I needed the flexibility and the expertise of a skilled trainer to help me achieve my fitness goals. It was important to me to have a trainer who was punctual, experienced and who could push me beyond what I thought were my limits. Brad has exceeded all my expectations. I was hesitantat first. I was looking to train with a female trainer thinking that would benefit me most. I am so thankful how it has worked out. Brad had listened to my concerns and in a short time I could clearly see results. I did my research. In reading reviews, they all commented on his punctuality. He not only is always on time- in fact early to each session. He has extensive training, including at a masters level. This is easily noted as he demonstrates the proper technique to ensure you are getting the benefit of the exercise and preventing injury. Having an instructor ensure that I was properly executing each move is priceless. He has worked in high end gyms. I took comfort in knowing that he had been properly screened and had worked with tough and elite clients. What makes Brad a stand out is his ability to push you beyond your limits but also to recognize your weaknesses yet not make you feel uncomfortable. He has created a unique workout each week to continue to challenge me as my fitness level improves. It is without hesitation, that I would recommend Brad as a personal trainer for clients of all ages and fitness levels. His demeanor is one such that a young teen or older adult would not be intimidated and yet his physical fitness and knowledge is vast as to train an elite athlete. I am happy to report that in addition to losing weight, and toning my muscles, I have found a motivation to workout weekly and see amazing results. Brad has earned his 5 stars.

Brad was great! He worked with my needs perfectly, was very punctual, and always knew exactly what he was doing. He always made sure my form was correct and I feel that he successfully helped me reach all of my fitness goals! I worked with him for 3 months and would recommend him as a personal trainer for anyone!

Brad is outstanding as a trainer for four primary reasons: 1. He is knowledgeable, patient, personable and effective. 2. Brad makes it virtually impossible to stop the routine because he comes to me at my convenience. 3. He is inexpensive. He is a real value. 4. Brad Is a great guy. I completely recommend his services.

Brad is terrific for several reasons: 1. He is very professional about setting appointments, texting reminders, confirms times, etc 2. He is extremely knowledgeable about training. He works you logically and effectively 3. He has a good process-first he assesses where you are, then comes up with a program and executes on it. Rather than blowing me out of the water at the outset, he started easily and progressively turns up the heat at each session 4. He tailors the workout to my individual goals and needs 5. He is flexible - one time when he did not bring the weights, he devised exercises with the bands that replicated the weights 6. He has a great sense of humor and is a lot of fun. He is nice, too. 7. I feel great when I work out with him. I heartily recommend him!!
