About Me:
For the past 8 years, I’ve been traveling to clients and creating personalized workouts that fit their goals, lifestyle, and space. With 12 years of experience in the fitness industry, I focus on functional strength training that helps people of all ages move better, build muscle, and feel their best!
I’ve had the privilege of working with clients as young as 9 and well into their 90s, helping each person find joy and confidence in movement at every stage of life.

Alycia was my first-ever trainer, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning, she made everything feel comfortable and approachable, always arriving right on time with a workout plan tailored specifically to my needs.
One of the biggest perks is that she’s a mobile trainer—she comes right to me, which makes training incredibly convenient and removes all the usual excuses. She’s also flexible, modifying workouts based on how I’m feeling that day.
On top of that, her knowledge really shines through. She explains the purpose behind each exercise, helps correct form, and makes sure I’m progressing safely and confidently.
For a first-time training experience, Alycia set the bar incredibly high. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a punctual, knowledgeable, and truly convenient mobile trainer!

Since I started working with Alycia, I have found that I now have better strength, better ability, better stamina, and better balance than I have had before.
She bases my exercises on my age, ability, strength, and disabilities. She starts me off on exercises at a level that I can tolerate, then builds me up to a level that makes me improve dramatically.
Alycia is a very good communicator. She explains the purpose of each exercise, and then makes sure that I perform them correctly.

I started working with Alycia in June of 2024. It has been a year and in that time, I’ve lost about 20 pounds. I had lost weight from walking every day but then plateaued so I wanted to incorporate strength training. I found Alycia on thumbtack. It was super convenient working with Alycia as she was able to come to my house. She was always on time and never had to cancel. She helped me make sure I was gradually pushing myself but always in a safe way - correcting my form so I was doing it effectively and safely (something I feel I didn’t get in group workout classes). My strength and stamina have increased, along with the weight loss. I was able to increase the amount of weights I could do and the amount of reps. She would also customize workouts based on moves I liked / didn’t like, which made the workouts enjoyable too. I highly recommend her!

She is very good at what she does. Also very flexible regarding scheduling and offering workout suggestions depending on the capability of the client which varied for me from week to week. Overall I feel stronger working out with her over the past few months.
