Introduction: Mischelle’s is experienced at planning, managing, and evaluating complex programs, contract writing, training and supervising staff, and coordinating event details for sophisticated client personnel and program participants. We manage multiple deadlines and respond quickly and effectively to unexpected opportunities. We develop and control budgets on a program basis, compile estimated cost models, track budget statistics, negotiate financial terms and authorize expenditures, and prepare reconciliation reports as needed. Mischelle’s can also negotiate and contract with vendors for a variety of services related to your event and monitor services to ensure contract terms compliance. Our solid experience in the event management field and hospitality industry is sure to help you achieve the successful event that you desire. Mischelle’s maintains a strong partnership with: * Mastery Events Floral Design and Decorating - will produce and design floral arrangements that range from the simplistic to the exotic * First Impressions Graphic Design - can create custom invitations, event materials, table cards and more * Bijoux Doux - from wedding cakes to cupcakes, gorgeous confections for your event Staffing - The number of staff members required will be discussed and approved prior to each event. There is a 4-hour minimum for each staff member. If the event is 4 hours or more, a two-hour set up fee and a one-hour clean up fee will be added to the hourly rate of each employee needed for pre and post-event assistance. Heavy-duty post event cleaning services are available. Rates will be determined by the size of the event hall and/or number of guests attending the event. There is a $25 service fee for all food delivered in New York City. There is a $50 service fee for food delivered outside of New York City (without staffing). Staff Member Rates: * On-site Chef - $50/hour * Event Manager - $37.50/hour * Bartenders - $37.50/hour * Kitchen Assistants - $25/hour * Wait Staff - $35/hour * Bus Persons - $25/hour
