Pricing is based on the scope and complexity of each project. Some jobs are priced as a flat rate per project, while others may be hourly depending on the type of work. I always explain the pricing structure upfront so customers know exactly what to expect. There are no hidden fees, and any additional work is discussed and approved before moving forward.

I start by understanding the customer’s needs through photos, details, or an on-site visit if needed. I then provide a clear explanation of the scope of work, timeline, and pricing. Once approved, I schedule the job, complete the work carefully, and make sure everything is clean and functioning properly before finishing.
