Scott showed up exactly when he said he would. I chose him because of his great reviews and customer satisfaction. He lived up to all of the great reviews and exceeded them. He told me he needed to order parts and would be back. As soon as he receives them. Explained what the cost would be, and gave me a rough estimate what the total job would be. I have no doubt when he comes back to install the part I’ll be just as pleased definitely would recommend him to friends and family.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I receive an application, I agree on the time of the meeting with the customer, then I conduct the inspection, if I can fix it on the spot - I will fix it, if I need a replacement - I will send an estimate within 3 days, if the Customer approved, I sign up for a new meeting and complete the repair.

When looking for a service provider, it is important to make sure that the technician explains in detail the problem with the device, including the specific part that needs to be replaced and why. I recommend requesting the name or number of the part and checking its price yourself, as some technicians may overestimate the cost to increase their profits.
