- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always try to be fair and flexible with pricing. Every project is different, so I usually provide estimates based on the size of the job, materials, and time needed. I work with customers to find a price that makes sense for both of us. I focus on providing quality work and good value. There are no hidden fees, and I’m always upfront about costs before starting any job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I listen carefully to what the customer needs and ask questions to understand the project clearly. If needed, I review photos or visit the location to give an accurate estimate. Once we agree on the scope and price, I schedule the job at a convenient time. I keep communication clear during the project and make sure the customer is satisfied before finishing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience working in home improvement, repair, and moving services. Over the years, I’ve developed strong skills in painting, drywall repair, furniture assembly, TV mounting, and light electrical work. I continue learning new techniques and best practices to improve my work quality and efficiency.
