How my coaching career started was by chance...someone who I previously worked for (yes, for - not with!) asked me to coach them - not just for business but for personal...and they wanted to pay me! We can read all the books in the world, take all the trainings and seminars, but it is truly being myself, deeply listening, and genuinely believing in people, that my clients find most valuable to them. This experience isn't about me - it's about you. No one wants a coach who drones on about themselves and their specific view of the world. But no one wants just a nodding head either. I like to strike a fine balance. I won't give you answers, because, frankly, I don't have them. YOU are the expert on you. But together we will figure out how you can achieve what you want to achieve - whether it's a tangible goal, more peace of mind, or improving interpersonal relationships.

Working with Christina provided me with perspective. As a person who tends to psychoanalyze myself all day every day, it's difficult to see the forest through the trees. Or rather, through my own BS, the stories I tell myself, the scripts I follow. But my sessions with Christina gave me a different view, a new angle. What I loved most was the questions she asked; she guided me to my own authentic thoughts about my limiting beliefs. For example, I mentioned that I wanted a less creative role in my job (since it had been evolving into one), and she asked what part of me wanted to steer away from creativity. Was it that I didn't actually enjoy it or was it that I didn't think I was good at it. That honestly left me SHOOK. In fact, I think about that conversation often and I STILL get chills. Christina not only listens to you - she HEARS you. She provides a level of empathy that makes a person feel seen. Because of her, I've empowered myself to lean into what drives me either towards or away from something. But most of all, she advocated for me when I wasn't there to do so myself. I'm back on track, thanks to her, and I'm CRUSHING IT. Working with Christina has put me on such a glorious, beautiful, and gracious path - I owe a lot to her.

When I started my first call with Christina, I was a bundle of negative emotions, and in a state of transition in my life. I didn’t know where to start, only where I wanted to be. By the end of my very first call with Christina, I felt a mixture of positive emotions. Excitement, because she totally understood what I was seeking. Motivation, because she laid a clear path on how to achieve my goals and it became not only possible for probable to get what I wanted. Happiness, because I had found someone to help me get to the next step and break things down for me in logical order.
