- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a two time graduate from Johnson & Wales University, receiving my Associate's in Culinary Arts and my Bachelor's in Food Service Management with minors in Meeting & Event Planning and Psychology and now I am in the process of completing my requirements for my Master's of Business Administration with a Concentration in Hospitality. I am currently working with Johnson & Wales' Campus Dining as a Teacher's Assistant and in the past I have worked at multiple catering companies and country clubs in both culinary and the pastry kitchens.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Some advice I would give to a customer looking to hire a provider in the food industry is to always, always ask questions, ask for a tasting before committing to the provider, and never give up money without reading through a contract fully and understanding it.
