- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are no hidden fees. However, if I am traveling beyond 30 miles from Yonkers, NY, then there is a travel fee of $50. A 50% deposit is required to secure the date. Please note that deposits are non-refundable when event is canceled within 7 days of event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After an initial phonecall, I schedule a zoom conference with the couple to put a face to the name and review last minute details. I also try to personalize each wedding script with details the couple wishes me to share or include in the speech.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a motivational public speaker.
