What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the reservation of the date. This ensures no double booking on your reserved time. The officiant will wait no longer than an hour after the reserved time. If the couple require an extension of time, a $50 fee for every half hour after the reserved time will be required.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide information on availability, what we provide, fees, some in-person meetings or phone calls. Pre-Marital Counseling is always recommended.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an ordained Pastor and Spiritual Counselor with a Masters degree in Interreligious Faiths.
