- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
pricing is customized and tailored to fit your needs, I do have packages with a set prices, but I also create custom quotes as well everything is mostly dependent upon how many guest you are having, what type of menu you will be having, and what additional services and equipment you need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide details about my experience and all the services that I offered, create a menu for the customer, build a quote for the customer , have the customer sign a catering contract, collect deposit up until the day of the event it provides services the day of the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a home cook for over 15 years, as well as completed culinary courses.
