    I have been working out with Karen for over 10 years and I have to say you will not find a more dedicated and supportive trainer and instructor. The classes she has created at PLX Fit Club are for every level of fitness. Karen, as well as all of the staff at PLX Fit Club, will help you meet your goals in health and fitness in a very friendly environment.

    I joined PLX Fit Club in July & have loved every minute! Karen and the other trainers are genuinely invested in helping each member reach their goals! The workouts are never boring, always fresh and flexible to meet everyone's skill level. The early morning TRX classes are the best way to start the day! The classes are well-timed throughout the day & the price is budget-friendly! Try it out with the $5 drop in opportunity!

    I have been a member at PLX for a little over a year. Karen has been an amazing asset to helping me achieve my goals. She is an amazing trainer and such a good motivator. Her and her staff truly want to help others. No matter what class your take you will never feel judged or intimidated. I have made wonderful friends throughout my experience there and love being apart of the PLX FIT FAMILY!!

    Awesome workout coach at PLX Fit Club! Motivating and encouraging! Would highly recommend taking her classes. Took a 6-week challenge class that energized me and gave me great ideas for home. Great place to get in shape and have people surround and encourage you in your fitness journey.

    I have been training and working out with Karen over 5 years. She has helped me through 2 major injuries. Karen has taught me about proper body mechanics, lowering my injury occurrence. She has educated me in clean eating and helped me become stronger over the years. Karen is more than my trainer she is a true friend!
