Les from LPM Equities was outstanding. I had several quotes for new apron installation and his pricing was honest and fair. In addition to pouring a new concrete apron, Les built a brick roadside mailbox. All I can say is wow!! I picked out the multi colored stone I liked and Les found some beautiful stone that he used to design address blocks for the side. Les created my address blocks by hand and I was amazed. The craftsmanship and design was A+. Hard to find someone who takes so much pride in their work. While working on my mailbox, several people stopped to see his work. They complimented him on the work and some asked him to build one for them as well. Cleaned up job site very well. Will definitely hire Les from LPM Equities again and will recommend him to others. Great contractor!

Les did a wonderful job. My wife tore the wall paper off the walls in the master bathroom as soon as we moved into the home...And then it sat like that for a year. A total mess. It needed a total makeover. We were starting with cleaning the walls up and refinishing and painting them, which Les made them look brand new. We then replaced the vanity and sink, the mirror, and lighting fixture. The new vanity was an open bottom so we had to redo the flooring which Les didn't even flinch. Before I knew it. The floor was flawlessly re-tiled and matching the new walls perfectly. All in all, we finally got the new bathroom that we have been waiting for. Les was able to get it all done in just a couple of days and I feel confident in anything that he would touch in our home.

We feel so fortunate to have found Les to complete a few home improvement projects around our house. We have not been so lucky with contractors in the past we are always hesitant when seeking out workers. From the beginning, Les was very responsive, listened to what we wanted, was respectful of our budget and most of all a hard worker with an amazing work ethic. Most days he’d be here for 10 hours working, even in the cold and snow. I also found Les to be very trustworthy. He kept us in the loop of everything he did, even taking pictures under our crawl space to show us how he filled in gaps. He was 100% transparent in everything and definitely put our mind at ease that were were getting quality work. Also, we have an old farmhouse with many many quirks. This didn’t impede Les’ work one bit. He handled them like a champ. You will not regret hiring Les. We enjoyed having him at our house and can’t wait to have him come back for future projects.
