- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I provide many flat rate services as well as hourly rate services. If I provide a quote for your service needs; That is exactly what you will pay. 
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Through Text, Email or a Phone Call we usually discuss the customers needs, job scope and discuss the next steps of the project. 
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I spent five years learning and working in the Interior Home Remodeling industry which gave me hands on experience with Plumbing, Electrical, Framing, Tiling and many more services.
