Introduction: Hi! I am a Master Reiki Healer and an Intuitive Health Coach. After healing myself from depression, disordered eating asthma and eczema, I learned that we really do become what we eat, and even more what we think and feel. I learned that all of the energy within us and around us affects us, whether we realize it or not. I now empower people to take control of their own health and happiness through health coaching and energy work. Whether it's a Reiki Healing/Reading, a coaching session, or even a group program, I have created a practice that allows my clients the ability to wholeheartedly say “Yes!” to themselves to become their happiest and healthiest.

In my opinion, if you haven’t received a reiki session from Monique, you’re missing out!!! It is SO FREAKING HELPFUL. Whether I’ve had an injury that needed extra healing, going through a rough patch with some aspect of life or just feeling a little “off,” Monique has helped me work through all of it plus some!! She helped heal my tibia in less than a month when before I started sessions with her, I could barely walk. She’s helped my mood go from “down in the dumps” and mopey to high vibe, refreshed and light. She is amazing at what she does and for wha she charges, it’s practically a steal!!!!

I recently did a remote Reiki session with Monique and it was wonderful. Monique's insights and healing were spot on with some of the issues I've been experiencing lately, and also helped me to realize some emotions from my past that are still affecting me in my body today. I love being able to listen to the replay repeatedly to experience the healing over and over again. The follow-up clarity call helped me to process the experience and move forward with concrete actions to further my healing journey. I highly recommend Monique!

My prices are as is. There are no added fees and I often run promotions and specials throughout the year.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Master's degree in Public Health with a focus in Prevention Medicine through Behavioral Change, I am a Certified Health Coach, I am a Certified Reiki Master, I am well versed in multiple energy healing modalities.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I changed my life through emotional and energy healing. After I healed myself of depression, asthma, allergies, eczema, bulimia, and self-hatred, I knew that I could not, not help other people change their lives. I have spent the last 2 years studying, learning, practicing and embodying anything and everything I can about healing the human body and working with energy and spirit to heal.
