Update: They removed my review off their Facebook site and blocked me (and even blocked my mom). Strongly recommend not using them for anything- worst customer service ever and to cover their tracks they just delete the poor Facebook reviews. Worst customer service ever!! Will be reaching out the main company to discuss this since this just isn't local. I urge anyone who wants to use this company for a post construction clean of a remodeled house to view the pictures I have attached. Lisa and Michael were always very friendly and super responsive. My house was completely remodeled and I reached out to them for a house cleaning appointment and was suggested the post construction clean up which would consist of 2 appointments (the same week). The 1st appointment the whole house would be completely cleaned and then it would all be done again on the 2nd appointment to ensure all dust was completely gone. I have worked directly one on one with my well known local contractor for over 3 months now, who has done an amazing job on our home Remodel. Appointment 1 I made known to Michael and the girls cleaning that the contractor was still working on the master shower to go ahead and skip cleaning that bathroom until the 2nd appointment. When I checked in on them before class I saw the girl using my brand new bar stools as a ladder, my contractor also told me this when I asked. They were cleaning all the kitchen cupboards and told me the basement was finished. I came back late that night to check on things and the insides of the kitchen cupboards looked great and the house smelled very good. My contractor said they were only there perhaps 4-4.5 hours which is not near enough time to comeptelty deep clean a house over 3,000 square feet and that was remodeled. I noticed the laundry room wasn't done at all nor was the living room, including window sills and fireplace mantle. The granite counters still had a dusty film on them. The floors appeared clean until I looked at them in daylight the next day. I reached out to Michael and Lisa who said they'd have it all handled for the 2nd appt and said the girls approached this differently than should've been done. I was paying $770 for this. I went back the next day during daylight and stood up on a step stool and noticed the top of the kitchen cupboards filled with dust, toilet bowels not well cleaned and mold on the basement shower drain. I texted Michael these photos and stressed my concerns and requested a new team come out because I didn't feel comfortable with the same girls coming back to my house after I reported them to Michael. Michael called me and his first question to me (rather than apologizing for his teams poor job) was questioning me and my contractor asking me how well I knew him (my contractor has absolutely no benefit of lying to me and saying that he only saw the girls clean the kitchen and kinda sweap the floors and saw them go in the basement. It would not affect him in anyway to say they did a great or poor job. Michael immediately sided with the girls saying my contractor wasn't telling the truth (the customer should never be questioned- especially after sending pictures of the poor job done). He told me the girls said they never cleaned the laundry room or living room and agreed the toilets should've been cleaned better, as well as basement shower and the tops of the kitchen cupboards (but he did make the excuse that the cupboards tops were too far out of reach- even though they were well made known that even the living room windows were 18ft high and I was told that'd be no issue to be cleaned). He also agreed the girls shouldn't have been on my bar stools but told me they said they were only knealing on them (either way for a post construction clean up proper equipment such as ladders should be brought and used- not customers furniture). I told him I'd like a new team to come out and he said that the girls were the best he had (again, see pictures attached). I said I wanted a refund and would use someone else. He said he'd only refund me $570 since they did do work that day and that since I said the kitchen looked good (prior to me checking the tops of the cupboards the next day during daylight). Michael and Lisa can continue to accuse my contractor of not telling the truth and saying the dust had just resettled instead of realizing their team just did a vey poor job. With having a 100% satisfactory agreement it should include the capability of a new team coming out. I am sure the girls were made known that I complained so therefore I did not feel comfortable with the same girls coming back to my house when no one would be home to supervise. Michael never once apologized to me over the phone about the poor job- all he did was question my relationship with the contractor and played the game of he said/she said. When a customer expresses concern of what really was cleaned during a $770 cleaning service and sends proof of the poor job done, you don't accuse the customer. Was hoping for a much better outcome for something that was supposed to be "post construction" clean. He kept saying he wanted to make things right but you can never make things right when you are blaming the customer and the contractor even after being sent photos.Feb 7, 2018Verified
